Halloween Mayhem

On Wednesday, 31st October, between 4pm and 8pm, Heather Cambridge and her team will be transforming The Engine Room into a spook-tacular venue for your children to have a party in.

There will be games, crafts, food, drinks, music, dancing, a treasure hunt and a lot of fun. The person with the best costume - the madder, the better - will get a prize and all the children will go home with a goodie bag.

You are very welcome to stay and join in with them or, if you would like to leave them in the capable hands of Diddy Stars, you can retire to The Loose Box [right next door] for a quiet drink and some food.

We are holding a pumpkin carving competition. Entry is only £1.00 for each pumpkin and the prize for the best - as voted for by the public - will be £20. So get creative! Profits from this will go to help a young local girl, Tonia, who is being sadly let down by our health service and does not get the chance to have this sort of fun. You can read about her plight here. So that we can display them properly, the pumpkins need to be dropped off the day before, clearly labelled underneath.
